• Making calls to new and current customers to check on their current needs, take orders, and answer questions.
• Learning to invoice, pull, and pack orders received.
• Learning our product base to efficiently answer questions and increase overall sales at our business.

Social Media Coordinator (Boulder) – Part time
In a world of stress and chaos, join us in a company dedicated to relaxation and restoration.
We are looking for a social media coordinator for our umbrella of companies, which includes:
Serenity Tibet (a wholesale Himalayan and Tibetan goods importer), Atma Buti Sound & Vibrational School (a school dedicated to the art of vibrational therapy with the Himalayan singing bowls), Sarina’s (our retail sales location on Pearl St, Boulder, CO) and Soul Medicine 501c3 (the non-profit we founded to support growing projects for under-privileged youth in Nepal).
This is an on-location position Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 am – 5 pm at our beautiful office located in Boulder, CO.
Job duties include:
• Social media content creation, posting, and schedule management.
• E-mail blast content creation and database management.
• Calendar of events coordination, advertisement, and management.
• Learning the products and services provided through our group of companies.
• Possible trade show retail sales and support during local trade shows as requested.
We are looking for someone ready to join a growing, holistic community of individuals as we grow together to expand the practice of sound and vibrational therapies worldwide.
Position 1 – THIS POSITION HAS BEEN FULFILLED!
Sales and School Team Leader/Manager (Boulder) – Part time
• Serenity Tibet – a wholesale Himalayan and Tibetan goods importer
• Atma Buti Sound & Vibrational School – a school dedicated to the art of vibrational therapy with the Himalayan singing bowls
• Sarina’s – our retail sales location on Pearl St, Boulder, CO.
• Soul Medicine 501c3 – the non-profit we founded to support growing projects for under-privileged youth in Nepal.
• Opening and closing of warehouse during business hours and classes, specialty workshops, and more.
• Management and team building of staff.
• Oversee and assist in day-to-day tasks of our warehouse including management of team, the direction of efficient flow of work, warehouse organization, overseeing and assisting with shipping/receiving, invoicing, and customer service.
• Provide support and guidance to the sound healing school as part of our company grouping.
• Work closely with the company president/vice president in all tasks.
• Learning the products and services provided through our group of companies.
• Possible trade show retail sales and support during local trade shows as requested.
• Work closely with retail location manager to most effectively distribute product flow and employee management.
