Drums are the base ingredient of music, setting the rhythm of any piece or session. Our leather drums can be played with your hands, or with the striker provided. Our drum skins in the leather style are made of synthetic materials such as Mylar (a form of polyester film made from stretched polyethylene terephthalate). Mylar, in comparison to animal skin, is more flexible, consistent in sound, thickness, and quality, as well as impervious to outside factors like temperature and humidity. It is even resistant to electricity. Because of the strong high quality materials we use, these drums not only sound and look good, but will remain that way for a long time. These drums are also beginner friendly, as you only need to hit it in order to use it.
